Team Leader - Withholding Tax

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals based in Frankfurt.
• Operate daily controls and tasks to ensure regulatory tax obligations and client level standards are met.
• Onboard Withholding Tax as a product, which will require creation of operating flows, procedures, controls and technology user-guide.
• Timely submission of the Withholding Tax documents to the responsible custodian bank/tax authority
• Monitoring, analysis and implementation of legal changes.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum five years people management experience with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong communications skills in both German and English languages.
• Risk and control mindset.
• Data-centric with an analytical approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.
• Experience in banking or finance industry ideally with references to taxes.
