Role: Intune and Exchange SME
Location :- Germany
Job Description:-
- Provide L3 support for clients regarding Intune and Exchange-related issues.
- Maintain Intune policies and devices in line with evolving technologies.
- Manage and oversee both on-premises and online Exchange environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Exchange and Intune.
- Will be the technical SPOC interacting with the client and also with L1.5 teams and COE teams
- Will be first escalation level for resolving operational incidents (OnCall support is required on a rotation plan)
