To support their rapid expansion in the strategically vital German market , we are seeking an experienced Defence Sales Manager to join the team and play a critical role in driving growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers in the German defence and government landscape.
- Promote the full product portfolio including hardware, airtime, integrated solutions, and services .
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners and suppliers to enhance solution delivery.
- Monitor order flow, delivery timelines, and service resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with or selling to the German Armed Forces or other government defence agencies.
- Familiarity with satellite communication systems , secure IT services, or defence tech solutions is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and English
- Eligible for German Security Clearance Ü2 or already hold it.
