One on our clients (Augsburg-based B2B SaaS, renewable energy sector, >5m ARR, >300% YoY ARR growth) is looking for Account Managers & Senior Account Managers to join their Go-To-Market team in Augsburg.
Requirements & Role
- You will be responsible for onboarding customers to the B2B SaaS platform and building strong long-term customer relationships, upselling & cross-selling products.
- You will be working mostly with DACH SMB and mid-market customers
- Start date: ASAP
- 100% in-office work, Berlin Mitte
Qualifications
- 1+ years as Account Manager / Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS, 3+ years for Senior Account Manager / Customer Success Manager role
- Experience with SMB customers in B2B SaaS
- Some level of affinity with technical / software products
- Native level German + conversational English
- 100% drive & motivation
