SAP Techno-Functional Consultant

A well-established European manufacturer of electronic components is seeking a dedicated SAP Developer to join its team. With a strong legacy of innovation, adaptability, and customer focus since the late 1960s, the company designs and produces advanced thermal management and connectivity solutions at its site in western Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt SAP modules, extensions, and custom applications to meet evolving business needs—often in collaboration with external service providers.
• Create and maintain reports, forms, and interfaces within the SAP environment (e.g., SAP Query, SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, RFC, IDOC).
• Support variant configuration, conduct functional testing, and contribute to areas such as customizing, transport management, and user/authorization control.
• Act as an internal point of contact, assisting departments with SAP-related queries, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Assist business operations through ad-hoc data analyses and bulk updates of master and transaction data.

Your Profile:

• Professional experience in SAP development or support, with hands-on knowledge of SAP programming and customizing; exposure to S/4HANA is a plus.
• A cross-functional mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative, quality-driven approach.
• Service-oriented, practical, and results-focused working style.
• Solid German language skills, basic English proficiency, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to various audiences.
• Bonus: Understanding of production processes, product costing, or cost accounting.
