Quality Officer

Job Title: ISO Quality Officer

Location: Hamburg, Germany (hybrid after probation)

Wenham Carter is hiring on behalf of a global leader specialies in satellite communications and IT management solutions, serving various sectors including maritime, energy, media, enterprise, and government.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and support of internal and external audits
• Monitoring and further development of compliance processes
• Production, maintenance and support of quality management and risk management documentation for customer projects as well as general deliveries
• Supporting Customer Quality checks, meetings and audits.
• Identification of optimization potential and initiation of improvement measures in cooperation with specialist departments
• Support and implementation of CIP and lean projects

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in quality management in an ISO Certified company.
• Sound knowledge of the relevant ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) and ideally AQAP standards
• Experience in audit preparation, implementation and follow-up
• Practice in implementing process improvements, ideally with knowledge of CIP, Lean or Six Sigma
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Experience working with Government customers on a range of Quality Management and Risk Management related documentation and meeting support.
