About the role We\’re looking for an Associate Vice President to join our global team, driving innovation at the intersection of computer vision, edge/cloud AI, and large-scale deployment . What You’ll Do Architect and lead end-to-end vision-based AI systems across edge and cloud. Design scalable video analytics pipelines using NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton . Drive distributed AI systems from training to deployment and continuous learning. Collaborate with global product, research, and engineering teams to deliver real-world impact. Optimize models for real-time performance on Jetson Orin/Xavier and similar platforms. Guide platform decisions balancing edge vs. cloud trade-offs. Mentor senior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps, reliability, and observability . Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tech like NeRF, Diffusion Models, Vision Transformers . What You Bring ~10+ years in AI/ML/Computer Vision, with 8+ in technical leadership roles. ~ Deep hands-on experience with: ~ NVIDIA Jetson, DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton, TAO Toolkit, CUDA ~ PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, GStreamer ~ Cloud-native ML (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD) ~ Strong coding in Python, C++, CUDA . ~ Experience deploying vision AI at scale (1000+ devices or multi-GPU clusters). ~ Strategic mindset with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders . Bonus Points For MS/PhD in Computer Vision, ML, Robotics, or related fields. Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Clara, MONAI . Domain expertise in smart cities, robotics, healthcare, or retail analytics . Contributions to open-source or technical publications.
