At its locations in Böblingen we are searching for a Global Project Manager HR Transformation (m/f/d). Type of contract: unlimited permanent position direct with our client Your role will focus on Global Human Capital transformation projects as well as other cross-functional initiatives You will be accountable for driving and leading project teams, ensuring collaboration between internal teams and customers to achieve smooth and timely execution across all project phases. You will define and implement the Target Operating Model covering process, data, governance, tools/solutions, and organizational structure You will lead in- and external communication efforts across all project stakeholders You will plan and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability You will oversee the stabilization phase, validating project outcomes, and ensure successful project sign-off Proven project management experience HR, organizational development) Competency in Diversity & Inclusion management Solid project management skills, including practical application of tools and methodologies Experience in Change Management is a plus Certifications in business or process analysis like Lean Six Sigma is nice to have Strong global communication skills in English We are offering a position with a pleasant working atmosphere.
