Project Development Manager - Onshore Wind - Germany

What we have here, is one of Germany’s longest running energy companies (a major utility) but with new ownership (an overseas private equity firm), they are now going through a transformation – 1) moving from a developer / EPC model to becoming and IPP and 2) merging their Solar/BESS and Wind businesses. They now have substantial financial means behind them and so you can be assured of a promising outlook. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to develop projects right through the approval planning and permitting phases. They have a very successful origination team and more leads than they can currently handle. You can expect a very close-knit team, fast decisions and close cooperation with senior management. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running so ideally you are bringing at least 5 years wind project development experience. Others in the team at this level are earning circa €80k plus bonus so your salary will be around that, to keep things aligned in the team. Remote work is fine, but if you like to work from the office, there are 3 options in Germany, these we could talk about during a call.
