Our solution is technically sophisticated, easy to explain, and proven to succeed – giving you the ideal foundation for your success in talent acquisition.Your focus:You will develop and implement national and international recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract first-class candidatesYou take complete ownership of all hiring activities at Eye-AbleYou are a strong TA partner for our management and hiring managers and support them in attracting the best talent for their teamsYou develop requirement profiles and hiring criteria for all vacant positionsYou develop employer branding initiatives to establish us as an employer of choice for the best talent (including high-quality social media content)You develop interview processes to help us identify the best talentYou take over the pre-selection and initial interviews with our candidatesYou ensure a first-class candidate experience and build trusted relationships with our applicants to get them excited about Eye-AbleYou proactively drive the development and maintenance of a talent pool to facilitate future hiringYou leverage data to manage our recruiting activities and measure successYou will work closely with our internal People Managers to build a world-class People function (and help out when needed)Several years of experience in a fast-paced, international and technology-oriented environment, ideally from a growing SaaS/tech startupSuccessful recruitment of outstanding employees, especially tech sales talentExpert knowledge of modern recruiting and sourcing techniques, assessment techniques, employer branding and relevant recruiting toolsExperience in building and establishing successful recruiting processes, suitable for a dynamic, fast-changing environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to quickly connect with candidates and hiring managers and build trusting relationshipsVery good organizational and project management skills that allow you to juggle and execute multiple priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset and a passion for turning data into insights to improve our hiring processes and deliver hiring forecastsProactiveness and solution-orientation with a clear can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful timesA passion for new technologies and automationNative level English and fluency in written and spoken German.
