Your missionDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the corporate culture and strategy.Act as an intermediary between management and staff by answering queries, dealing with complaints and other matters.Manage recruitment and selection processes.Support current and future business requirements by helping to develop, engage with, motivate and retain human capital.Develop and monitor company-wide HR strategies, systems, methods and processes.Promote a positive working environment (corporate culture).Monitor and manage a performance evaluation system that motivates employees to give their best.Look after the payment plan and program for social services.Evaluate training needs as well as carry out and monitor training programs.Create reports for company management and provide support in the form of key HR figures.Ensure all legal requirements are met in all aspects of HR management.Your profileProven experience leading an HR department or in another leadership position relating to HR. A qualification in HR management or a related area (preferred).People and result-orientedProven experience working with HR dataKnowledge relating to HR systems and databasesVery good knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to develop strategies together with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiating and presentation skillsCompetence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyComprehensive knowledge of employment law as well as tried and tested methods used in HRVery good written and spoken German and English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)Willingness to travel up to 30%Hands-on mentalityDriving licence (min.
