About the Role: As a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving accurate demand forecasts, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring product availability across key markets. You\’ll be the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, using data-driven insights to shape business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on demand assumptions and promotional plans Lead monthly demand planning meetings and S&OP processes Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives Analyze trends, seasonality, and new product introductions to optimize inventory levels Support digital transformation and planning tool enhancements What We\’re Looking For: ~5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably within FMCG or food & beverage ~ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, Excel, Power BI) ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities ~ Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage ~ Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field What\’s in It for You: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Hybrid working model with flexible hours A collaborative and international team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Discounts on products and wellness perks
