Senior Paid Media Manager – SEA, Performance Marketing – Berlin A globally active performance marketing agency in Berlin need a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their expanding team. They are experts in creating data-driven, scalable strategies across SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display Advertising. As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will take the lead in developing and managing SEA and performance marketing campaigns for an exciting portfolio of high-caliber clients. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, ROI-driven digital strategies. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEA. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Google Marketing Platform. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. Fluency in German (C1+/native) and strong command of English.
