Cyberteam has partnered with a leading organisation in the maritime technology and communications industry , renowned for providing cutting-edge solutions to commercial shipping clients worldwide. Due to continued growth in the German market, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Sales Manager to join their team in Hamburg. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow business opportunities with new and existing clients across the maritime sector in Germany and other assigned territories. Promote the full range of solutions, including hardware, airtime, and value-added smart service plans. Collaborate with internal business development and service teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and delivery capability. Respond to new sales enquiries and provide tailored quotes aligned with company guidelines. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships at all levels within key customer accounts. Your Profile Ability to obtain and retain a minimum of SC security clearance within the UK. Deep knowledge of and experience in selling maritime NAVCOM solutions High degree of computer literacy including MS 365 toolset.
