This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Teads\‘ growth in the German market.What will you do?Lead marketing initiatives for Teads in Germany in cooperation with local Marketing ManagerPlan and execute a diverse range of strategic projects independentlyDevelop and implement high-impact marketing, branding and communication campaigns to strengthen relationships with agencies, brands, and publishers, aligned with both global and local strategiesCoordinate market research projects and campaign-related studies in collaboration with Sales and Intelligence teamsConduct research, perform analysis, and create compelling presentationsProduce newsletters, and customer emails, from ideation to content creation, distribution, and performance trackingIn cooperation with the lead PR agency, support the production of press releases, articles and interviewsOrganize and execute in-house events and sponsorship activationsCollaborate closely with the Sales team to develop innovative marketing activities that generate leads and raise awareness of new products and offeringsMeasure and report the ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaignsWhat will you bring to the team?A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communicationA degree in Media, Communications, or Business with a focus on Marketing—top of your class preferred; or equivalent vocational training in the same fieldsStrong motivation, initiative, creativity, and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset and a fast learning curveExcellent sense of visual and written communicationFluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with partners directlySelf-driven, structured, and detail-oriented; able to work independently and collaborativelyPassion for the digital landscape and the advertising/media industryProficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelEager to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking tech company at the forefront of digital transformationPlus points: attention to detail, creative thinking, initiative, personal conviction, responsibility, and a bold mindsetWhat We OfferA modern, well-equipped workplace is preferred in Munich.
