Your mission

As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Operational Excellence across the company. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of internal processes while driving technological innovation and ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements. As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to the scalable growth of the company by managing operations, streamlining and automating processes through innovation while ensuring employee data security and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Lead the strategy and execution of Operational Excellence to ensure quality and timeliness of the delivered solutions.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure sustainability of initiatives.
• Lead the adoption of Hyperautomation tech, driving automation and collaborating with IT to enhance efficiency, employee experience and reduce manual workflows. Engage and inspire employees to embrace Operational Excellence principles and contribute to the continuous improvement journey.
• Drive the technical innovation of the Operational Excellence Team.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress of initiatives. Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improvements. Identify progress indicators and define follow-up actions.

Who you are

• 8+ years experience in Operational Excellence, Automation, and Process Improvement in a fast-growing tech or multinational environment.
• Management experience – proven track record of leading engineering teams and projects.
• Familiar with Hyperautomation tools such as BPMS (ideally Appian) and/or RPA (ideally UiPath).
• Demonstrated success in driving operational changes, implementing new systems, driving adoption, and improving processes in a growing organization.
• Strong experience using data and analytics for decision-making and process improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex information clearly.
