Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Review transaction alerts and escalations for potential suspicious activity
• Track changes in regulatory requirements related to SAR filings
• Prepare and file accurate and timely SARs in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and refine monitoring systems to improve alert accuracy
• Investigate flagged activity using customer history and external sources

Experience:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Compliance within the Swiss financial sector
• Strong understanding of financial products and markets, with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in assessing complex client structures holistically
• Fluency in English
