Job description:
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively communicate with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
- Business Development : Identify cross-sell opportunities and retention risks; support service enhancement and market insights.
- Corporate Administration : Manage company lifecycle processes including incorporation, compliance, tax filing, and financial transactions.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements; complete timely file reviews.
- Reporting & Invoicing : Track portfolio performance and support budgeting; manage invoicing and timekeeping.
- Leadership & Oversight : Guide junior colleagues, ensure quality of work within your portfolio, and support cross-functional projects.
- Systems & Processes : Utilize tools like Viewpoint, SAP, and SharePoint efficiently.
Required profile:
- Master\’s degree in Law (Swiss preferred)
- 2-5 years\‘ experience in legal, compliance, or fiduciary services
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory landscape
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond core tasks
