Would you like to join our MaxMara Store as Sales Assistant ? The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand. Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors. Proactively deliver the brand\’s selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs. Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales ~ Fluent in English and German language Passion , commitment and tradition have created a unique fashion style: ~60+ fashion collections every season ~500+ single-brand shops ~000+ multi-brand shops ~27 languages spoken in the Max Mara Fashion Group world ~Our ecosystem is made of 44 Depts , including Fashion Design, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Retail, Stores, ICT, Architecture Design, Economics, BI, etc. The Digital Division was the latest department to be established in 2013, with the aim of integrating the company\’s digital assets, as well as solutions and services related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
