We are currently looking for a part-time student assistant (m/f/d) in Ratingen for 15-20 hours per week to strengthen our marketing team.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- You will be a full member of our team and will take on responsible tasks
- Assistance with concepts and professional articles (research, editing content)
- Market analysis/internet research: Collecting and analyzing data about target groups, competitors, and industry trends
- Writing appealing and targeted text drafts for blog articles and newsletters
- Support with administrative tasks and various internal processes (e.g., ordering systems related to trade fair preparation)
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for events and webinars
- After proper training, you will take on smaller independent projects in collaboration with internal and external business partners and service providers
Who we are looking for
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a focus on marketing, communication, media, health economics, or a comparable field of study (at least in the 3rd semester)
- Ideally, you have some practical experience in marketing/communication
- You work in a structured, independent manner and show initiative
- You have a good sense for writing texts, a confident writing style, and good expression
- Your writing style inspires and motivates participation in planned webinars, events, and campaigns; creating targeted and audience-oriented content is one of your strengths
- You work very diligently, have pronounced team and communication skills, and bring a quick grasp, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- You keep your own small projects on track and push them forward
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs, especially Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Very good communication skills in both oral and written forms for collaboration with interfaces within and outside the organization, in both German and English, round off your profile.
