Position Overview – Tasks & Responsibilities: As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: – Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Customer Solutions Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions – Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations – Serve as a lead to the territory sales process and support local teams with a continuous customer hypercare management – Support our journey of bringing the power of MedTech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally – Realization of own internship project work in the field of BI and process automation – Temporary help in cross-team projects (e.g., sustainability in healthcare) – Others… Qualifications – Education and Experience: On-going university degree with an interest in data sciences or BI – Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment Qualifications – Skills: – Strong communication & interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams – Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this – Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement – Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools – Excellent command of English & French, and ideally German language Our Offering: – 6 months full time internship in an international healthcare company to grow your professional experience, start date 1st September 2025 – Exciting and intensive insight into one of the largest MedTech companies in the world – Independent collaboration in national and regional projects for leading Swiss hospitals – Great team and excellent sense of belonging – Flexible working conditions with the opportunity of 40% remote work if the job allows – Many attractive benefits to support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
