Tasks As Flight Crew Roster Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for developing, optimizing, and publishing monthly flight crew rosters. You will optimize and align roster parameters and track crew capacities while optimizing crew satisfaction, crew productivity and operational stability. – Oversee the development and publication of monthly rosters for flight crews under optimization of crew satisfaction, crew productivity and operational stability. – Guide the development and evaluation of monthly roster scenarios and set priorities in collaboration with capacity planning, crew control and key interfaces. – Monitor short-term crew capacity trends, assess potential risks, and direct short-term actions to maintain operational stability. – Approve critical roster and absence change requests with a direct impact on planning outcomes. – Manage and develop the Flight Crew Roster Team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
