Regional Key Account Manager Nordbayern (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:

- Looking for a task with prospects? Then you are exactly right in our sales team. Grohe Germany Vertriebs GmbH is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager (m/w/d) for Southern Germany, full-time.
Your tasks:
- Manage and develop wholesale business.
- Conduct customer meetings independently, preparing and following up on each.
- Implement national & regional sales & marketing measures.
- Create marketing action plans and execute sales campaigns.
- Develop proposals for house conditions.
- Ensure sales and margin targets are met.
- Conduct annual & semi-annual reviews.
- Provide product training & presentations at customer sites and trade fairs.
- Market sensing – analyze the market, identify challenges and opportunities, and initiate appropriate measures.
- Manage wholesale display areas and responsible for daily reporting via CRM/Salesforce.
- Implement regional activities such as marketing plans, sales campaigns, informational events, and house exhibitions.
Our requirements:
- Completed commercial training or studies, or a technical qualification with strong commercial knowledge.
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- High sales competence.
- Excellent analytical skills and a clear affinity for numbers.
- Motivated, proactive, and a driver of change.
- Good MS Office, SAP CRM, Salesforce skills.
