Quality Engineer (m/f/d) – Processes and Implementation

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Technician (m/f/d) to develop the implementation, induction of manufacturing processes and quality plan established, with the local resources of each concrete factory.
YOUR TASKS:
- Implement quality-focused methodologies and procedures
- Standardization of materials and auxiliary elements for the construction of concrete towers
- Reporting and analysis of information, documentation, results to the area responsible
- Audits of the concrete tower components
- Detection and management of non-conformities
- Local resources field support: material tests, resolution of day-to-day issues, topics and doubts
- Homologation, reception control and traceability of materials (Romand raw materials)
- Control in the segment construction process (preassembly of concrete tower key stones and erection of concrete segments)
- Final inspections on the assembled tower
- Inspection of the internal assembly of the concrete tower
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in the field of Engineering
- Experience with precast concrete/manufacture processes. Previous experience in renewable energy sector. Experience in quality processes.
- Proactive profile way of working, Leadership mindset and good Communication skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Capable of supervising several processes at the same time.
- Availability to travel frequently inside of Germany
- Very good English and German skills, written and spoken, Spanish would be a plus
