About your role

As a Principal Consultant with the CRL team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and delivering S/4HANA enabled transformation programs, focusing on S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance (CFIN), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and integration with modules like MM, EWM, SD, PP.
2. Integrating with upstream and best-of-breed solutions (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech).
3. Designing and implementing the Finance Operating Model to define the future role of Finance in delivering services across processes, technology, people, and organization.
4. Designing and delivering best practice R2R processes across sub-process areas such as fixed assets, intercompany, profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, period-end close, and consolidation.
5. Leading pre-sales discussions and assisting clients in shaping their Finance transformation roadmaps.
6. Participating in practice development activities to support sales and internal capability growth.

Requirements

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, synthesis, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English (C2 proficiency), with willingness to travel.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with experience in Agile SAP implementations and activity planning.
• Ability to facilitate design workshops and translate requirements into design solutions.
• Proven client-facing skills and experience leading SAP implementation workstreams.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and stay updated on current trends and technologies.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in consulting services.
