• You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of variant coding for various vehicle models.
• You ensure the correct implementation of variants in the production systems.
• You collaborate with development departments to coordinate variant requirements.
• You carry out tests and validations of the variant coding.
• You analyze and correct errors in the variant coding.
• You document and continuously improve the coding processes.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in variant coding or configuration management, ideally in the automotive industry.
• You have several years of experience working with our customer BMW.
• You are familiar with processes and tools in the series support of automotive components.
• You have knowledge of relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP, PDM systems).
• You possess language skills according to CEF: German – C1; English – B2.
• You are characterized by a confident manner, strong communication skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
