The Process Advisory Services as part of Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH advises the departments of the Rheinmetall Group with its team and carries out business process analyses and optimizations.

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant for the Financial Management & Accounting department:

• Gathering requirements for the Finance and Accounting process areas with a focus on accounting, consolidation, analysis, reporting, and treasury.
• Analyzing and documenting the requirements of business processes that require an IT solution.
• Advising the specialist departments on the optimization and further development of business processes, aiming for a global harmonization strategy.
• Coordinating and advising on demands in collaboration with the specialist department and demand management.

The position is available at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Bremen, and Unterlüß.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the Record to Report process.
• In-depth knowledge of standard processes and business solutions for SAP FI or other ERP software.
• High customer orientation and proactive communication skills.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
