Reporting to the European Channel Sales Director, you will be assigned accounts within your region and ensure all growth targets are achieved.
You will support and collaborate across the team to develop business and project specifications.

As our Channel Account Manager DACH, you will support HID’s success by:
- Managing and developing assigned accounts to achieve targets
- This is a field-based position with 60% travel and customer engagement
- Developing and executing business strategies for new and existing accounts in DACH
- Identifying new sales opportunities to increase market share
- Introducing new products and solutions
- Creating and implementing account plans aligned with strategic goals
- Providing support and training to regional accounts
- Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs
- Representing the company at trade shows, events, and meetings
- Collaborating across business areas to deliver solutions
- Maintaining customer details and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Analyzing sales figures to identify buying patterns
- Staying updated on HID products, competitors, and solutions
- Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts
- Creating a Partner Community to maximize brand loyalty and revenue
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years managing B2B accounts
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in Physical Access Control solutions (desirable)
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based licensing (desirable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Ability to interpret technical documents and standards
- Customer-first approach and positive attitude
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (60%)
- Calm under pressure
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written
