Job Overview:

As an Account Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and working closely with our clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated territory or industry segment.
    • Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and expand our customer base.
  2. Account Management:
    • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  3. Solution Selling:
    • Understand the full range of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
    • Collaborate with technical and support teams to customize solutions to meet client requirements.
  4. Sales Targets:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals within your assigned territory.
    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the company on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using our CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports for management and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in SAAS or Marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with flexibility in work arrangements.
  • Travel is required as needed within the assigned territory.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
  • Remote work from home.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 to $180,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Bonus Pay: Bonus pay structure based on performance and achievement of milestones.
