You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting engagements, creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl\’s largest accounts, working across business and IT solutions, and transformations impacting the entire customer ecosystem.You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in incident recovery. Your role involves engaging with C-level clients, fostering talent, and leading client engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable growth through signings and revenue targetsBuild and maintain relationships with client CXOs, assessing recovery readiness and defining strategic roadmapsOversee implementation of disaster recovery and IT service continuity management practicesLead forensic analysis and root cause assessmentsManage client engagement and deliverablesAchieve individual and team utilization targetsLead engagement design and delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfactionFoster a culture of continuous development and innovationShape and drive strategic initiatives, establish industry presence, and develop thought leadershipWho You AreYou have a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and inclusive. You possess a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in cyber incident response, disaster recovery, or ITSCM. Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are highly desirable. You excel in client engagement at the executive level, leadership, communication, and have strong business acumen.
