IT Lead (gn)

Execute and further develop Proteros IT roadmap in close collaboration with senior leadership. Manage and optimize our hybrid cloud and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure (e.g., AWS). Select, implement, and support laboratory and enterprise systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, ERP). Design and maintain efficient data workflows and pipelines to support AI / ML applications. Oversee external IT service providers and vendors, including contract management, cost control, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure IT security by maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and supporting compliance with ISO 27001. Standardize documentation and continuously improve IT processes across departments. Your profile At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and system integration. Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented working style. Knowledge of lab IT (e.g., LIMS), enterprise IT (e.g., ERP), data architecture, and information security compliance (e.g., Business Continuity Plans). Experience managing external partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a company representative. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
