Perform TCAD simulations using tools such as Synopsys and Silvaco to analyze and optimize semiconductor device performance Apply knowledge of semiconductor device physics to design and simulate CMOS technologies and semiconductor power technologies Conduct FEM (Finite Element Method) simulations to analyze thermal, mechanical, and electromagnetic behavior of semiconductor devices and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into the design and development of semiconductor devices and systems Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor device simulation and design , and apply this knowledge to continuously improve simulation methodologies and tools.
