Our primary responsibilities are technical contracting, value engineering, customization, implementation, product integrity, and regional product market requirement management. The Product Integrity team represents the VTO interface to regional organizations and external stakeholders on topics related to Product Integrity, including safety, quality, and reliability. It serves as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders, governance, and external stakeholders, including customers, authorities, and third-party engineers. We are looking for candidates located in Hamburg (DE) or Aarhus (DK). Responsibilities✓ Communicate internally on key Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases, coordinate regional inputs and highlight expectations and requirements✓ Communicate externally to customers, external engineers and authorities on key CIM cases as well as product compliance cases; participate in negotiations and deliver relevant documentation✓ Provide inputs to and review technical customer communication (CIS/TCC)✓ Define the scope of third-party interactions, such as DNV verification and approvals✓ Provide regular briefings within the region on the operational status of CIM cases✓ Focusing on safety-related topics while also addressing broader aspects of product integrity, quality and compliance Qualifications✓ [Website-Link gelöscht]. in a relevant field of engineering or equivalent✓ Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, safety, quality, or similar roles within a technical or engineering environment✓ Previous exposure to and direct interactions with customers on technical matters✓ Professional presentation skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail to the audience✓ Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German would be valuable Competencies✓ Ability to thrive in a diverse, international environment✓ Collaborate efficiently across functions and teams to accomplish goals✓ Advanced project management capabilities and effective communication✓ Proficient organizational skills for aligning communication and knowledge sharing✓ Ability to handle difficult customer conversations with confidence and professionalism✓ Capability to maintain composure and clarity in challenging circumstances What we offer We offer an exciting job with excellent professional and personal development opportunities in an inspiring, innovative, ever-growing, international work environment in the sustainable energy sector.
