Coordinator for Penetration Test Services – Group Security (f/m/d)
Area of work:
Coordinate penetration tests for Deutsche Börse Group in a newly created team and contribute your experience in cyber security and also in project management.
Your responsibilities:
- Centrally track and follow up with the team and stakeholders.
- Support the effective delivery of Penetration Test Services on time.
- Take full responsibility for assigned Penetration Tests.
- Support the creation and follow up of risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
- Report directly to the head of Penetration Testing.
- Review customer satisfaction and provide service enhancement proposals together with the wider team.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside of Group Security.
- Consider regulatory aspects and compliance level of Cyber Protection Services.
Your profile:
- University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable education.
- Experience in information security management, ideally in the financial industry or comparable regulated business environment.
- Knowledge and experience in project management and flexibility in applying different approaches according to requirements e.g. agile methods.
- Ability to structure complex matters and drive to resolution.
- Ability to structure your own work and know how to organize the work of others.
- Ability to make decisions in dynamic situations.
- Knowledge on how to structure options and present proposals for next steps to senior management.
- Certifications in project management and security management such as PMP etc. is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with talent in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, reliability, and direct responsibility.
- Ability to firmly present complex topics in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, and flexible.
