Technical Laboratory Manager (Permanent)

Manage and support a laboratory team of 4 5 employees.
Oversee quality control for both raw materials and finished products.
Ensure precise colour matching and control procedures.
Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent) in Plastics Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
Solid knowledge of extrusion and injection moulding processes.
Familiarity with standard laboratory testing equipment used in the plastics industry.
Experience in colour matching and colour control is highly desirable.
Fluency in German is essential; a good command of technical English is an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Switzerland.
