About the role Our client, an international investment fund, is looking for an Office Manager to cover a maternity leave in their Geneva's office.
You will have the opportunity to join a very helpful and motivated team that will support you during the beginning of your assignment before being able to handle the reception as well as overall office needs in full autonomy!
Work tasks Welcoming clients in person and over the phone
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
Providing logistical support and coordination for meetings
Ensuring timely restocking of supplies
Monitoring office expenses, including rent, insurance, and supplier contracts
Managing services related to air conditioning, cleaning, and other facility needs
We are looking for You already own a first experience in an office management or reception position
You are fluent in both French and English
You are at ease with Microsoft Office tools
You are available at least for the next 6 months every morning
