Ensure the opening of the site and manage the reception area.
Handle incoming phone calls in both French and English, take messages, and forward them in case of absence.
Manage visitor and supplier badges as well as access control.
handle the shipment of packages and registered letters.
Provide administrative support as needed, including: document archiving, organizing internal events, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and monitoring inventories.
CFC in commercial training, or a degree in communication, hospitality, front desk, law, or any other relevant field.
Fluent spoken and written French.
Minimum C1 level in English.
Proficient in IT tools (MS Office).
