Interim Data Center Infrastructure Business Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Advisor to leverage our presence and guide us with investment opportunities. This project will take 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

PROJECT SCOPE

1. Advise the board of directors on developing and implementing effective business expansion strategies for data centre operations, with a focus on cost efficiency and budgeting.
2. Proven expertise in creating and executing expansion strategies within the data centre industry, particularly in site selection and market analysis.
3. Strong experience in identifying, acquiring, and developing data centre real estate, including negotiating hyperscaler agreements.
4. Lead financial planning and budgeting discussions for data centre expansion.
5. Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership on data center investments, including cost management and budget forecasting for new projects.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Extensive experience in financial planning and budgeting within the data centre industry.
2. Strong analytical and advisory skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior management decisions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly to the board of directors.
4. Prior experience in a senior advisory role is highly desirable.
5. Proficiency in English.
