To further increase the impact on our business, our partners, and our users, we are looking for a Head of Demand to join us.
As Head of Demand at betterbusiness, you are in charge of generating demand across existing and new channels. You will play a key role in the growth of our business by identifying the perfect marketing mix and setting up and developing a high-performance team of marketers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and further develop systems and team(s) to ensure we are maximizing channel-agnostic demand across our entire website portfolio.
- Develop experimentation frameworks to find incremental demand systematically.
- Set up and develop a world-class marketing team.
- Identify and validate demand for new market opportunities in close collaboration with our incubation team.
- Optimize acquisition efficiency across traffic channels, including paid/owned, affiliate, influencers/creators.
- Experiment with new channels, for example, direct response TV.
- Develop and maintain incrementality testing framework and processes.
Who you are:
- 5-10 years of experience across a wide range of marketing channels including paid, organic, affiliate.
- 2-5 years of experience building and managing teams.
- Performance and data-driven, highly prioritized thinker and doer.
