We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to start as soon as possible. The Client Services team acts as a link between the warehouse and our customers (B2B). In this position, you will be part of the Client Services team, which currently consists of three people and reports to the Senior Project & Account Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure exclusive customer service and be the primary contact for our customers
• Receive customers or customs control staff at the location in Oberhausen
• Act and mediate as a link between the warehouse and the customer
• Conduct regular discussions with the customer to discuss logistical processes and pass on any changes to the relevant partners
• Identify and offer solutions for bottlenecks in material flow
• Manage all administrative tasks
• Support in the area of imports and exports and the processing of various customs documents (e.g., import/export declarations, shipping procedures (T1/T2), classification of goods)

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in logistics or experience in the fashion industry
• Experience with customs matters, customs clearance, and the creation of various export documents
• Structured and conscientious working style
• Persuasive personality with excellent communication skills and enjoyment in teamwork and customer interaction
• Fluent in German and good English, Dutch is a plus

The position is initially limited to 1 year.
