What you’ll do
- Leading the planning, execution and delivery of global digital People projects that align with Knauf’s strategic goals.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope, on time and within budget.
- Defining project scope, objectives and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams, HR, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that digital solutions are user-centric and contribute to a seamless employee and manager experience.
Who you are
- Proven experience in managing and delivering digital projects within a global organization.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels, including C-Level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
