What you’ll do

• Leading the planning, execution and delivery of global digital People projects that align with Knauf’s strategic goals.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope, on time and within budget.
• Defining project scope, objectives and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams, HR, IT and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that digital solutions are user-centric and contribute to a seamless employee and manager experience.

Who you are

• Proven experience in managing and delivering digital projects within a global organization.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels, including C-Level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
