Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to lead large groups independently.
2. Ability to work with global teams to develop complex solutions, proposals, estimates, and contracts related to security services.
3. Ability to lead global and diverse teams in project delivery of complex security projects.
4. Ability to translate security implications to a broader business context and understand the end-to-end threat landscape for relevant sectors.
5. Experience of producing clear and well-articulated technical architectural drawings, documents, and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. German: Business fluent.
2. English: Fluent.
3. German Nationality, willingness for SÜ3.
4. Extensive experience in sales and business development.
5. Extensive experience as a security consultant.
6. Experience with leading Opportunity creation, progression, and closure in security area with a select set of clients or public sector.
7. Experience working with solution teams and across local geographies to provide content to drive deals.
8. Provide demonstration of IBM credentials in more than 2 of the core capability domains (SSRC/GRC, IAM, SOC Operations, Application and Data, or Infrastructure Endpoint and Mobile Security), and at minimum have expertise in Data security and SOC.
9. Experience working closely with solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs.
