Your tasks
As a Squad Leader (m/f/d), you will manage complex, strategically aligned projects or lead sub-projects as part of of strategic programs; in doing so, you will take over the technical management of the project staff.
- You define the project approach and clear responsibilities
- You plan and coordinate project resources according to the functional requirements and the project scope
- You will be responsible for project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates
- You initiate improvements to optimize project processes, activities and systems
- You will be responsible for the evaluation, communication and mitigation of risks as well as target group-specific communication
Your Profile
You have a degree in Informatic, Data Science or comparable qualification and already have 3 years of professional experience in the field of project management.
Furthermore, you are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:
- Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent experience in the management of strategically oriented projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry, including digital transformation and AI
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as devops skills (e.g.CI/CD, terraform, Kiban, SAFe)
- Very good experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in planning, preferably in an agile environment
- Detailed know-how in the use of agile methods such as SCRUM and Lean as well as communicate with colleagues in German and English
