Your tasks
- Administration, configuration and operation of the Engineering-IT infrastructure including the CAD authoring system CATIAv5
- Development and maintenance of the CAD/PLM environment in the CAD Startcenter
- System-specific programming, optimization and automation of CAD and PDM processes and workflows (e.g. CATIAv5 macros)
- Installation, administration and support of other engineering applications (3D visualization, simulation software, …)
- Independent analysis and processing of incoming support and service requests from external / internal designers
- Key user for the engineering department
- Support of process and method developments
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering, information technology or several years of professional experience in the administration of comparable IT infrastructures
- Experience in the installation, administration and configuration of CATIAv5
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based PDM system “Windchill+”
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and installation of components
- Operational professional experience in IT-related areas (e.g. IT Service Mgmt., Customer support, Helpdesk) is an advantage
- Good communication skills, strong service mindset and ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
