Your Job:
- Management of international product development projects in the Electric Automation business unit.
- Technical leadership of cross-functional project teams.
- Independent planning, control and reporting of development projects in an international environment including risk management.
- Involvement of all relevant departments in the project work, e.g. development, testing, quality, central departments, etc.
- Actively driving projects forward, consistently making decisions and deriving measures to achieve project goals.
Your Qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, natural sciences or engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and international experience is an advantage.
- Practical experience in project management and sound knowledge of the necessary methods and tools for project evaluation, control and follow-up.
- Very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Project); knowledge of Velocity is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high customer orientation as well as result-oriented, independent and structured way of working.
- Very good communication skills including persuasiveness and problem-solving skills.
