The Team:

As part of the Product Management organization, we develop the platform that drives the next generation of enterprise intelligence and process improvement. Our platform enables practitioners to better understand the complex processes that define their enterprise and the tools to improve efficiency and consistency. Views is the visual development environment used to build and deliver apps powered by the Celonis data foundation – our Process Intelligence Graph – and is used by every customer and partner in the Celonis community.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative expert to lead the product strategy and execution of Views: the no-code app building capability of Celonis’ platform. Success requires a strong understanding of customer needs, the overall market we operate within, and our product, and excellent collaboration with the many different stakeholders across our Product & Engineering teams and the business as a whole.

The work you’ll do:

• Develop a strong team of product managers, leveraging excellent recruiting, training, and coaching skills
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in analytics tools, no-code development experience, visual software development, process improvement, AI and other digital technologies
• Work backwards from customer pain points and needs to define a clear vision and strategy for a truly joyful experience for builders and business end users, enabling enterprise customers to build and use solutions to analyze and improve their processes that make their everyday lives easier
• Work closely with customers, architects, engineers, and external vendors to prioritize deliverables and ensure releases meet user needs and timelines
• Manage a portfolio across the builder experience toolchain including visual editing, components, operational tools and more
• Work with cross-functional teams to innovate how software is built, deployed and commercialized for an ecosystem of developers and partners
• Be equally comfortable digging into sales, marketing, partner, and commercial requirements and digging into technical, operational, and deployment requirements and strategies with service, architecture and design teams
• Be flexible, excel when faced with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment: have a bias for acting now – then iterate

The qualifications you need:

• Technical knowledge of builder or developer tools tools as well as deep experience with enterprise application and automation design patterns and principles
• Experience recruiting and developing high performing teams of product managers with strong enthusiasm for people management and helping the team grow and develop
• Thoughtful about the needs and experiences of all stakeholders, including your design and engineering counterparts and your product management team, and experience working together with engineering and design teams across time zones
• Experience in the B2B SaaS space, ideally with horizontal products and platforms and app building or data visualization tools, and good understanding of the needs and working models of enterprise customers
• An analytical or technical background along with a passion for all things data and builders
• UX-minded with a great eye for detail and a love for delivering outstanding experience
• A proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills
• Excited about providing clarity and structure in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of an innovative hyper-growth company
