Your Role

This role is a fast-paced mix of high-level strategic topics and hands-on execution, where you will get to craft and put plans into action. You are part of a strong team managing growth and operations. You contribute to or lead cross-functional optimization projects to ensure smooth and efficient company operations. You identify and execute on opportunities for business expansion, including strategic partnerships, adjacent market opportunities and M&A initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  1. You support with defining and executing our strategy.
  2. You own crucial parts of our operations as well as core processes.
  3. You support the continuous optimization of our recommendation engine in cooperation with the tech team.
  4. You’ll contribute to cross-functional task force projects to optimize processes across all functions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. You face operational challenges head-on, identify risks, and seize opportunities to drive sustainable growth and shape our operational landscape.
  6. You promote organizational efficiency by continuously assessing operational needs, adapting strategies for existing and new operations to meet the demands of our scaling business.
  7. You harness the potential of the AI revolution, ensuring that we leverage it effectively.
  8. You identify and execute on potential opportunities for company expansion, including strategic partnerships, opportunities in adjacent markets, and M&A opportunities.
  9. You cultivate strong relationships with your functional teammates, the leadership team, and key stakeholders within and outside the organization.

What You’ll Need

  1. You’re a go-getter, eager to tackle complex challenges with creative and innovative solutions that significantly impact our team, customers, and operations.
  2. You approach tasks as a numbers-driven systems thinker, favoring a pragmatic and outcome-oriented process management style.
  3. You have prior experience in a high complexity environment such as consulting or a startup/scale-up, either in operations or growth/business development.
  4. You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative non-hierarchical setup, not being afraid to step outside the confines of your role or job description.
  5. You’re a positive spirit, fitting in seamlessly with our friendly team who believe in the importance of a positive and fun work environment.
  6. You are fluent in English and German (for working with the German market).
