You are an enthusiastic and well-organized professional with good time management skills and at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing. You’ve built and greatly expanded advertising strategies, gone beyond the standard tools, and driven meaningful growth. Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software is a bonus.
As our future Performance Marketing Manager, you are passionate about digital marketing and full funnel strategies. You will build and expand conversion strategies within the digital environment and consult our clients to ensure growth and a positive return on investment.
Requirements:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring budgets, performance, and KPIs are effectively managed and communicated.
- Define and execute conversion-driven strategies, including media plan creation, campaign booking, ad setup, keyword lists, copy adaptations, daily optimizations, new user journeys, and reporting.
- Plan, budget, and lead campaigns across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), Search (Google Ads, Shopping, etc.), and other media platforms with a focus on driving lower-funnel conversions.
- Manage daily platform budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to meet allocated goals and ensure desired returns.
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies using data insights, behavioral segmentation, and performance metrics to reach the right users and maximize effectiveness.
- Perform A/B tests to optimize creative, audience targeting, and placement strategies, driving insights to improve performance and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance to identify growth opportunities, recommend optimizations, and ensure a data-driven, test-and-learn approach in all activities.
- Set up and optimize tracking systems, including Google Analytics goals and conversion pixels, to monitor performance effectively.
- Bring experience working with large budgets, understanding the complexities of managing high-value campaigns.
- Demonstrate excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to support analysis and presentations.
- Show strong communication and organizational skills, with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Be a team player, capable of taking initiative and working independently when needed.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
