They are the go-to digital transformation powerhouse for enterprises that demand excellence who don’t just implement — we co-create, challenge the status quo, and lead with purpose.The Role :As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and developers to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.What You’ll Do :Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Ensure best practices, governance, and performance standards are met.Engage with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.What They’re Looking For :Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer.Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.If this role looks like of interest to you please apply below or send your CV to keira.sparkes@opusrs.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
