• Support in the adaptation of the so-called SMP (Standard Menarini Plant) to the needs of sales in Germany in close coordination with colleagues from the International Division of Berlin-Chemie and the internal interface departments (logistics, accounting & controlling)
• Active participation in various coordination meetings between project management, external SAP consultants, representation of Corporate and IT as well as related departments
• Ongoing documentation of work results and specifications
• Support for the migration of existing satellite systems (CRM, complaints store, wholesale interface, XRechnung, Dual System Germany, monitoring & reporting, etc.)
• Implementation of internal training and know-how transfer for all employees in the Commercial Center
• Gradual adaptation of working instructions and employee handbooks to the new ERP system

The position is initially limited to 2 years.

• Completed master's (diploma) direct studies (state examination) in economics, engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in project management or consulting in a corporate environment
• Extensive (at least 6 years) relevant professional experience as an SAP consultant in the area of SD, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Application-ready and confident knowledge of databases, CRM systems or SAP programming and good knowledge of project management
• Strong communication and analytical skills and quick perception
• Excellent German language skills and a working knowledge of English
